What is Jaguar Land Rover's Incentive Programme?

As you would expect from one of the UK's most prestigious car manufacturers; standards are incredibly high, processes are strenuous and customer satisfaction is at the very core of their business and ours.

Jaguar Land Rover have examined, scored and obtained feedback across several areas of PanelCraft UK's operation, to name a few;

  • JLR obtain direct customer feedback, ensuring we are delivering exceptional standards of customer satisfaction.
  • We are audited every 6 months, measuring us to a very strict ISO standard.
  • There is regular training for all relevant technical employees, including monthly e-learning for the team and some customer-facing staff members.
  • Hands-on testing for a variety of skills, such as aluminium welding. Some tests can take up to 4 consecutive days to complete and are carried out by external welding companies, who will rigorously test our ability to maintain such a high-standard of repair.
  • JLR go one-step further, they will also inspect every level of our operational processes; such as checking the calibration of our tools, how we store genuine parts, authorised paints, invoicing, our customer workflow and satisfaction processes and environmental factors such as waste disposal, recycling and so on.

All of the above and more, is measured to provide us with an overall quality score.

Our results are then compared against the national average and JLR will then position us among our peers of manufacturer approved paint and body repair specialists.

In summary, we are absolutely thrilled to receive this recognition and to be named the Number 1 Performer, across the UK.
